Mango lassi

Difficulty: Easy

Serves: 4 at home or 12 tastes in the classroom

Equipment

  • metric measuring spoons and cups
  • jug
  • stick blender
Ingredients

  • 200 g mango
  • 125 ml milk
  • 250 ml yoghurt
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon honey

 

What to do

  • Set out your equipment and ingredients.
  • Measure all of the ingredients and put in the jug.
  • Blend with the stick blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
