Equipment

  • metric measuring scales,
  • cups and spoons
  • blender
Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit (e.g. chopped banana, mango, berries)
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1½ cup milk
  • 1 – 2 tsp, honey (optional)
  • Squeeze of lemon or lime
What to do

  • Set out your equipment and ingredients.
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender.  Make sure the lid is on securely and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
