Choc bliss balls


Difficulty:  Easy

Makes:  30 small balls


  • metric measuring scales and spoons
  • zester
  • blender

  • 200 g dates, pitted
  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 – 3 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 orange
What to do

  • Set out your equipment and ingredients.
  • Zest the orange.
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender.  Make sure the lid is on securely and blend until the ingredients are very finely ground.
  • Roll teaspoonfuls into balls, squeezing tightly to ensure the balls are firm.
  • Store in the fridge.
