Yoghurt icy pops

For our icy poles in the Kitchen we use fruit that we have frozen when it is plentiful, so sometimes the icy poles maybe raspberry, sometimes mango, sometimes banana and blackberry. Feel free to use whatever combination takes your fancy.

Equipment

  • metric measuring spoons and cups
  • chopping boards & non-slip mats
  • 1 medium knife
  • food processor
  • teaspoon
  • icy pole moulds
Ingredients

  • 250 g fruit (e.g. berries, bananas, mangos)
  • 2 cups Greek yoghurt
  • up to 1 tablespoon honey, if needed (for example, ripe bananas don’t need any honey added)
What to do

  • Set out your equipment and ingredients.
  • Put all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until just combined.
  • Spoon into the icy pole moulds and freeze for at least 3 hours or until frozen.
